Airport pick-up

A request for pick-up service will be sent to the school as soon as the student receives the official offer letter. However, the official pick-up arrangement will only be submitted once the student provides their flight details, so the assigned staff can meet the student at the airport.

About 99% of students are successfully picked up and taken safely to their accommodation. However, in a small number of cases, students may not meet the pick-up staff due to reasons such as: flight delays without timely notification, the student missing their original flight and taking another route, the student arriving at the meeting point too late without informing the pick-up staff, or the student and staff simply missing each other. In such cases, the student should take a taxi to their accommodation and keep the receipt so the pick-up provider can reimburse the cost if the issue was caused by the pick-up team.
