APPLICATION TO STUDY IN THE UNITED STATES

1/ GENERAL INFORMATION

Application requirements differ by study level, and even within the same level, each school may have specific conditions. Therefore, students should contact us for detailed guidance.

To apply for high school programs, students must submit to Duc Anh Company the following documents: notarized copies of academic transcripts from the most recent 2-3 years, English certificate if available (if not, students will take an English placement test at Duc Anh), passport or birth certificate, any outstanding academic or extracurricular achievements (city/national awards in academics, sports, music…), 2 letters of recommendation, and 1 personal essay.

To apply for college programs, students must submit: notarized copies of transcripts from the most recent 2-3 years, English certificate if available (if not, students will take an English placement test at Duc Anh), passport or birth certificate, and any outstanding achievements (city/national awards in academics, sports, music…). If the student has already completed high school and is currently studying at a college or university, they must submit their current academic transcripts as well.

To apply for bachelor’s programs, students must submit: notarized copies of transcripts from the most recent 2-3 years, English certificate if available (if not, students will take an English placement test at Duc Anh), SAT/ACT scores, passport or birth certificate, any outstanding achievements (city/national awards in academics, sports, music…). If the student has already completed high school and is studying at a college or university, current transcripts must be included.

To apply for a coursework-based master’s program, students must submit: notarized copies of university transcripts and degree, English certificate if available (if not, students will take an English placement test at Duc Anh), GMAT/GRE scores (depending on program), 2 letters of recommendation, 1 personal essay, passport or birth certificate, any notable achievements (city/national awards in academics, sports, music…), and verification of work experience or professional accomplishments.

To apply for a research-based master’s program or doctoral program, students must submit: notarized copies of university transcripts and degree / master’s degree and transcripts, English certificate if available (if not, students will take an English placement test at Duc Anh), GMAT/GRE scores (depending on program), 2 letters of recommendation, 1 personal essay, passport or birth certificate, any outstanding achievements (city/national awards in academics, sports, music, research…), verification of work experience or accomplishments, academic CV, a research proposal, and any published papers, research work, or authored books.
