Flight booking
You may purchase your own flight ticket or ask Duc Anh EduConnect to assist you. Whether you buy the ticket yourself or through us, please note the following:
- You should only reserve a ticket, and absolutely should not purchase or issue a ticket before having your student visa in hand, to avoid risks such as visa refusal or delayed visa issuance;
- Avoid flying on weekends (Friday – Saturday – Sunday) or public holidays, as government offices are closed during these periods, meaning Duc Anh Company cannot provide support in case of unforeseen issues;
- Avoid itineraries with multiple transits or long layovers;
- Pay attention to airline regulations regarding flights, baggage allowance, and carry-on restrictions;
- Be aware of transit visa requirements: check with Duc Anh Company to know whether a transit visa is required for your route;
- You should only travel when your health insurance and/or under-18 guardian arrangements are valid, otherwise you may be denied entry;
- Visa approvals for some countries may be granted very early (e.g., as soon as the student has their first-semester transcript). However, students are not allowed to enter earlier than 90 days (e.g., Canada) before the program start date, or before their insurance/guardian arrangement becomes effective → therefore, do NOT fly too early.
