9. Study Pathways for Vietnamese Students

  • After completing Grade 12, students progress to Bachelor’s programs;
  • After completing Bachelor’s, students may progress to Master’s or PhD programs;
  • After completing Master’s, students may progress to PhD programs.

10. Entry Requirements

  • English Program: Entry placement test required

  • Bachelor’s:

      • Completion of Grade 12;
      • Minimum GPA 7.5/10 (for specialized/high schools) or 8.0/10 (for other schools);
      • IELTS 6.0 (no band below 5.5). Some programs require higher IELTS scores.

  • Master’s:

      • Bachelor’s degree;
      • IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6.0). Some programs require higher IELTS scores.

  • Doctoral (PhD):

    • Honours Bachelor’s degree or Research Master’s degree;
    • Research experience required;
    • IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6.0).

  • Highest academic qualification certificate;
  • Academic transcripts of the most recent 2 years;
  • English language certificate (if available);
  • Passport (photo and signature pages – if available);
  • Academic achievements and extracurricular activities (especially for scholarship applicants).

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV);
  • Two (02) Letters of Recommendation.

Additional Documents for PhD / Research Master’s: 

  • Research proposal;
  • Published academic papers (if any).
