- Coursework Master’s: Bachelor’s degree recognized by the Australian education system; GPA ≥ 60%; IELTS 6.5-7.0 (depending on program);
- Research Master’s: Bachelor’s degree, final-year GPA ≥ 70%, relevant experience, IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6.0);
- PhD: Bachelor’s (Honours) or relevant Master’s degree; final-year GPA ≥ 70%; research experience; IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6.0).

- George Swinburne International Excellence Scholarship: 30% tuition fee for Bachelor’s and Master’s programs (automatic consideration). Excludes Nursing, Aviation and Piloting, certain double degrees, one-year Honours, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, and Occupational Therapy.
- Swinburne International Scholarship: Up to 20% tuition fee for Bachelor’s and Master’s programs (same exclusions as above)
- Swinburne International Pathway Scholarship: Up to AUD 3,000 for Foundation, Unilink (equivalent to Year 1), and Postgraduate Qualifying Programs
- ELICOS Scholarship: AUD 4,800 (equivalent to 10 weeks of English tuition) for students undertaking English programs at Swinburne prior to their main course.
