Job Description

The Marketing Executive / Officer will support the planning and execution of marketing activities to strengthen the company’s brand presence and generate qualified leads. Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events) under the guidance of the marketing manager.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating marketing activities to ensure timely delivery and effective results.
  • Coordinate with local and international partners such as schools, universities, English centers, and student associations for marketing-related activities.
  • Support collaboration with overseas partners (Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, etc.) in co-marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Create, manage, and update content across marketing channels including Facebook fanpage, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Support content distribution to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Work closely with design and other internal teams to develop marketing materials that are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and prepare basic reports for the marketing manager.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the management board.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing or related roles (experience in education or overseas study industry is a plus).
  • Knowledge of other regional market segments desirable.
  • An ability to develop and nurture relationships with key local and international schools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content marketing.
  • Good communication and coordination skills; ability to work well with internal teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content management, and basic analytics tools.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
