Vui lòng scan những giấy tờ sau từ bản gốc- bản scan phải rõ ràng (độ phân giải thích hợp là 200dpi)- và gửi hồ sơ tới mail lucy@ducanh.edu.vn
Danh sách hồ sơ xin học
| TT | Giấy tờ | Ghi chú |
| 1 | Bảng điểm A level, hoặc IB, hoặc Học bạ lớp 10, 11 và kì 1 lớp 12 Việt Nam | Gửi bảng điểm mới nhất cùng với điểm A level/ IB dự kiến. Tất cả giấy tờ này cần được xác nhận bởi nhà trường. |
| 2 | IELTS UKVI hoặc IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE A | Bắt buộc phải là chứng chỉ IELTS UKVI (liên hệ với cô Lucy để được hỗ trợ nếu bạn không biết rõ về chứng chỉ này), điểm tối thiểu 5.5, không có kỹ năng nào dưới 5. Với các bậc học khác: IELTS hoặc TOEFL hoặc PTE A |
| 3 | Portfolio/ Bản vẽ – tác phẩm đã sáng tác | 10- 15 tác phẩm thể hiện được tốt nhất khả năng của bạn trong lĩnh vực mà bạn dự định học. Liên hệ cô Lucy nếu bạn cần hướng dẫn chuẩn bị portfolio |
| 4 | Thư giới thiệu của thầy cô | 1 thư giới thiệu từ giáo viên bộ môn Xã hội hoặc ban giám hiệu nhà trường- gửi tới cô Lucy hoặc trực tiếp cho trường nếu học dự bị, 2 thư nếu học Ba/ Ma. |
| 5 | Thư nguyện vọng | Trình bày khả năng của bạn/ mục tiêu trong học tập/ cam kết trong học tập |
| 6 | Hộ chiếu | Trang có ảnh và chữ ký |
| 7 | Kết quả chương trình IB/ A level/ Lớp 12 Việt Nam/ Đại học | Gửi khi có kết quả này, dự kiến vào tháng 7/2019
