JOB DESCRIPTION

Commission control (invoicing/ checking payment/ recording/ managing/ reporting)
Partners control (contract processing/ recording- calculating- paying commission/ other related issues)
School agent contract control ( contract processing/ update/ recording)
Financial invoice in general (marketing/ others)
Deb control (checking/ processing invoice/ managing/ others)
Student record control (recording/ reporting)
Assist managers in budget preparation and forecast
Liaison with business partners/ clients
Report to finance manager and board of director
Other tasks as assigned by company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Male/ Female
Hold a degree in Accountancy, or member of ACCA or other equivalent professional organization
At least 2 years of experience in the roll
Excellent computer literacy for accounting
Good knowledge of accounting programs
Professional English communication skills
Living in Hanoi or HCMC
Honest, initiative, independent, strong analytical mind and able to work under pressure and time constraint
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good planning and reports
