Important Notes When Applying to Study in Canada
- Applications must usually be submitted online first, followed by mailing original documents to the school.
- Application deadlines for the September intake are typically in December, January, or February. Students should contact us early for consultation and guidance to prepare and submit documents on time.
- Initial applications may be missing one or two documents; however, students can provide supplementary documents later.
- You may still apply even if you have not yet obtained your English certificate, transcript, or diploma. Simply submit whatever academic documents you currently have.
- Duc Anh EduConnect will help you obtain a conditional Letter of Acceptance (LOA) to secure your placement.
- Once you receive your official diploma, temporary graduation certificate, complete transcript, or valid English certificate, we will help convert it to an unconditional LOA so you can continue with the remaining procedures, including the visa application.
- The application review process for Canadian schools often takes time. To increase your chances of acceptance, you should research carefully, choose realistic options, and apply to at least three schools.
- If a student does not meet the English-language requirement for direct admission, they may study English in Vietnam or in Canada before starting a high school program or a specialized academic program.
- Duc Anh EduConnect will help students verify which schools they qualify for in Canada and can provide English training for students in Vietnam or arrange English programs in Canada before starting their main academic studies.
