Canada has over 95 universities known worldwide for excellence in teaching and research. Canadian universities are strictly regulated by government authorities regarding credential frameworks and academic quality. As a result, university education in Canada is highly respected, and Canadian degrees are widely recognized internationally. 

Universities receive substantial government funding and offer more than 500 advanced-level academic programs, awarding bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. Student populations vary from around 1,000 to 35,000 depending on the institution. Universities also provide flexible learning formats including full-time, part-time, on-campus, and online study options. 

Tuition fees vary among institutions, depending on provincial regulations and each school’s administration. Undergraduate programs may range from three to four years, and in some cases up to seven years, depending on the field of study and the learning pathway chosen by the student. Each institution sets its own admission requirements and student evaluation criteria.

Kỳ 7: Để trở thành Luật sư giỏi

Hiện nay, việc cá nhân, tổ chức có quyền lợi bị xâm phạm thuê Luật sư để bảo vệ không còn là một chuyện xa lạ với xã hội nữa. Đây cũng là một tín hiệu đáng mừng trong tiến trình xây dựng một Nhà nước pháp quyền.

Kỳ 6: Luật sư và các vụ tai tiếng

Luật sư là người bảo vệ công lý, lẽ phải, quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của cá nhân, tổ chức và quyền tự do, dân chủ, pháp chế XHCN. Nếu họ vi phạm đạo đức thì không những không bảo vệ được mà còn tác dụng rất xấu tới dư luận xã hội và uy tín nghề nghiệp.

Kỳ 5: Luật sư chuyên ly hôn – “Hái ra tiền” thời hiện đại

Việc ly hôn ít ai mong muốn. Khi vấn đề ly hôn được đặt ra thì việc giải quyết sao cho êm đẹp để các bên đỡ bị tổn thương, con cái đỡ bị thiệt thòi là việc mà không phải ai cũng làm được.
