FINNISH UNIVERSITIES

Finland has two types of higher-education institutions offering undergraduate and postgraduate studies:

• Research Universities;
• Universities of Applied Sciences (Polytechnics) – UAS.

Both Research Universities and Universities of Applied Sciences offer more than 400 English-taught degree programmes at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral levels. All universities in Finland are strictly quality-controlled to ensure that no matter where you study – north or south, research-oriented or practice-oriented – the level of education remains equivalent.

Với đa số các ngành học, thời gian học là 03 năm tại England, Wales và Bắc Ailen, 04 năm tại Scotland. Với các ngành Y, dược, luật, kiến trúc, xây dựng, thời gian học có thể kéo dài 5-7 năm

Các trường cao đẳng có đào tạo cử nhân

Song song với các chương trinh đào tạo chứng chỉ, cao đẳng, các trường cao đẳng này đào tạo cả chương trình cử nhân và cả chứng chỉ sau đại học (graduate cerfiticate), có 38 trường:

Đây là các trường đại học, cao đẳng không còn hoạt động do đã đóng cửa hoặc sáp nhập với trường khác (không bao gồm các trường đổi tên). Có 34 trường:
