- Diploma Programmes: High school graduation with an average score of at least 60% across four subjects; IELTS 6.0–6.5 (depending on the programme).
- Bachelor’s Degree Programmes: Completion of the first year of study at a recognised Vietnamese university and IELTS 6.0–6.5 (depending on the programme), or completion of a Diploma programme at MIT.
- Graduate Certificate Programmes: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or completion of a Diploma at MIT with relevant work experience; IELTS 6.0–7.0 (depending on the programme).

The academic year consists of two semesters, each lasting five months:

- July – November
There is a three-week break between semesters.
