Làm việc trong khi du học dạng visa Tier 4
Với visa Tier 4, nhiều du học sinh có thể làm thêm tại Anh, hãy kiểm tra xem bạn có đủ điều kiện làm thêm tại Anh khi du học hay không.
Quy định từ 6-4-2012:
- Nếu bạn đang học khóa học dưới bậc cử nhân, không phải ở trường đại học, thời gian thực tập của bạn không được quá 1/3 thời gian học;
- Nếu bạn đang học bậc cử nhân trở lên tại trường đại học, thời gian thực tập của bạn được phép đến 50% tổng thời gian học;

Visa làm việc ngắn- tạm thời tại Anh- Tier 5 ‘temporary worker’ visa.
Để được ở lại làm việc sau khi tốt nghiệp, du học sinh cần:
– Được một cơ quan đủ tiêu chuẩn bảo lãnh;
– Đủ điểm tối thiểu để được ở lại.
Làm việc tại Anh sau khi tốt nghiệp
Từ 6/ 4/ 2012, học sinh tốt nghiệp tại Anh được không được ở lại làm việc trừ khi có cơ quan/ công ty đạt yêu cầu tuyển dụng, xem thêm về điều kiện ở lại làm việc dau khi tốt nghiệp đại học tại Anh.
