Mỹ: sinh viên ngành kinh doanh chiếm đa số

Theo thống kê gần nhất của US News, trong số 135 trường đại học và cao đẳng cung cấp số liệu cho tổ chức này, trung bình có tới 28.3% số sinh viên theo học tại các trường này đến từ những quốc gia khác trên thế giới. Còn theo số liệu của Hội đồng Quản lý Tuyển sinh sau đại học, có tới 45% số sinh viên theo học các chương trình sau đại học ở nước này lựa chọn các khóa học thuộc khối ngành kinh doanh.
Số liệu du học sinh UScủa công ty tư vấn du học Đức Anh (www.ducanhduhoc.vn) cũng thể hiện xu hướng tương tụ. Sinh viên của công ty thường chọn các trường cao đẳng, đại học công lập và thường ở lại làm việc vài năm trước khi quay về VN hoặc định cư ở đâu đó trên nước Mỹ. Công ty đại diện trên 600 trường tại US và tỷ lệ visa được cấp là 90%/ lượng hồ sơ xin visa. Hiện, công ty Đức Anh có các chương trình thực tập sinh, học và thực hành có trả lương và GAP YEAR cho sinh viên đại học trong đó trường đại học bố trí cho sinh viên đi làm và có trả lương.
