“The UNSW Law International Commencement Award has been established to support international students commencing in any UNSW Law postgraduate coursework degree programs (Juris Doctor or LLM/Master of Law) in Term 3, 2019 (09/2019). Each Award will have a value of A$10,000 and will be tenable for one year.
Each applicant will be assessed on their ability to demonstrate:
– Academic Merit
– Leadership skills (school, workplace or community)
– Extra-curricular activities (cultural activities, volunteer/work experience)
– Aptitude and commitment to studies in an area of Law
Application opens today (02/05/2019) and closes on 31/07/2019.

UNSW Law – Juris Doctor: https://www.law.unsw.edu.au/study/juris-doctor – This is a flexible postgraduate degree that provides the basis for admission to legal practice in Australia, as well as a wide range of careers in government, business, legal and social policy, as well as international relations. The JD is a graduate entry professional law degree for graduates of disciplines other than law, or with a law degree from an overseas institution.
