Hy Lạp, Tây Ban Nha dẫn đầu danh sách với tỷ lệ thất nghiệp đều hơn 26%, theo số liệu mới nhất của cơ quan thống kê Eurostat, Quỹ tiền tệ quốc tế (IMF), cơ quan xếp hạng tín dụng Moody’s.
